About the Role

We're looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with solid experience in the Bricklaying or wider Construction industry to help shape the future of our learners. As a Lecturer in Bricklaying, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, high-quality courses in both practical and theoretical formats.



Your responsibilities will include:


Teaching and assessing learners across a range of levels

Supporting students through tutorials and guidance

Contributing to curriculum development and departmental growth

Managing associated administrative duties with professionalism and care

you'll need:

Proven industry experience in Bricklaying or Construction

A minimum of a Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for sharing your expertise

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success
