About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

Business and Travel Lecturer

to join our vibrant team within the Service Industries, Business & Travel department. You will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across a range of Business and Travel courses at Levels 1-5, including BTEC,and potentially HNC/HND or degree-level programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Business subjects. Support learners in achieving their academic and career goals. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback. Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance processes, and CPD activities.

What We're Looking For

A degree or equivalent qualification in Business/Travel or a related field. A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Experience teaching in an FE or HE setting on BTEC/HNC/HND programmes is desirable. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to inclusive education and student success. Adaptable with strong desire and commitment to shape lives.
