About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to deliver a comprehensive range of professional services related to teaching, learning, assessment, and student support. You will teach Health and Social Care or Childcare units at levels 1 through 5, across full-time programmes, including Access to HE, FD in Early Years, and the HND in Health and Social Care.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic lecturer with experience teaching childcare or Health and Social Care theory in an FE setting. You will have proven experience managing a large programme in an FE or HE environment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in the relevant subject, a teaching qualification (or a willingness to complete one), and GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above. You will be passionate about teaching, with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and IT skills, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
