This new part time (0.8FTE) post is available from 1 October 2025 on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2027, with extension beyond this date subject to funding.
The role
The AccEPT service (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/mooddisorders/acceptclinic/) is an NHS funded service offering psychological therapies to adults with mood disorders. It is hosted by the University of Exeter, and contributes to research into new and existing psychological therapies. This post will involve delivering novel psychological interventions to adults experiencing mood disorders. There will be a particular focus on delivery of Augmented Depression Therapy (ADepT; a recovery and wellbeing oriented therapy) as part of a randomised controlled trial. The successful applicant(s) is/are likely to be a qualified and experienced psychological therapist with expertise in cognitive behavioural or behavioural therapy delivery.
