Job Description

Our ambitious and high performing Person Centred Counselling department is making strong strides in providing technical and skilled education to our future counselling workforce. Our provision at Levels 2 and 3 provide progressive pathways to our Level 4 and HE pathways for students to become therapeutic counsellors.


The team are looking for an experienced and practitioning counsellor who is able to share experience, drive ambition within our students and provide skills training for our technical and higher education courses. As a passionate and enthusiastic practitioner, you will support skills and technical development of students ready for supervision placements, practical assessments and progression to further study and employment.


The ideal candidate will have relevant counselling practice related industry experience and be qualified to Degree level, or beyond, in a relevant subject area. A teaching qualification is desirable, but if you don't have one and are willing to work towards achieving one then we will support you to do so, both financially and academically.
