About the role




This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the education of professional of healthcare practitioners in the vibrant School of Nursing and Health Sciences and to contribute to the promotion of teaching, research and reach-out activities across the School and wider Faculty. You will join our creative team of healthcare educators and contribute to our thriving partnership healthcare providers and supporting learners undertaking professional development.


We are currently seeing an experienced healthcare professional with education experience and/or in practice to join our CPD & International nursing team, on a

fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

The post holder will predominantly be supporting our learners undertaking post registration education, including international nursing students as well as those based in the UK undertaking short courses. There will be a requirement to work flexibly as some of our programmes are delivered to international students across a variety of time zones.

What you can bring




You will have experience of supporting a wide range of learners at undergraduate and post graduate level in their studies. You will have experience of providing interactive and engaging teaching, learning and facilitation and able to provide effective written and verbal feedback to learners,


The successful candidates will have a professional registration and a degree in education, nursing or health related subject and desirable to have a relevant Master's degree and teaching qualification.
