Job Description
Deliver high-quality teaching on Access to HE and Level 2 programmes in Psychology and Criminology. Plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student work, track progress, and provide academic and pastoral support to ensure learner success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver inclusive, engaging lessons using varied teaching methods and digital tools. Assess, monitor, and record learner achievement, providing constructive feedback. Support student progress through tailored academic and pastoral guidance. Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related subject. Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to achieve one. Experience teaching or supporting learners in FE/HE settings. Strong communication, organisational, and digital teaching skills.
