Duties

Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Participate in academic committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programmes. Stay current with developments in your field and integrate new knowledge into your teaching practices.

Qualifications

A relevant degree or higher qualification in the subject area you will be teaching. Proven experience in teaching at a higher education level is preferred. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide students effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English. Proficient IT skills for utilising educational technology in teaching and administration tasks. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
