Job Title: Lecturer Health & Social Care

Location: Coventry College

Contract Type: Part-Time

Hours: 22.2 hours per week over 3 days

Salary: 31,103 to 45,709 per annum full time equivalent (dependent on qualifications and experience) Salary will be prorated for part-time hours.

About the Role


We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.



As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Hold a relevant teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area Evidence continuing professional development

You should also be able to demonstrate:


Teaching experience in a relevant subject area Application of quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification Successful course and curriculum development Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of education
