We deliver a 5-year Master in Management programme (UG 1-3, MA 4-5) to French and international students (from our 200 partner universities worldwide) and accommodate around 300 students during each academic year on our campus in Oxford.
The opportunity
We are seeking an academic with teaching and course management experience to join EM Normandie Oxford. The role combines up to 300 hours of teaching per year (year (depending on your academic profile) with responsibility for the MSc Banking, Finance and Fintech programme (20-30 students annually).
You will ensure high-quality teaching delivery and student support, and collaborate with central faculty in France on validation and programme development. The postholder will also recruit and support adjunct lecturers, ensure compliance with UK HE and accreditation standards, and play an active role in academic committees.
