The School of Humanities and Social Sciences in the Faculty of Law, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Creative Writing (Writing for Stage and Screen, 0.2FTE, fixed term). The School is based at the historic world heritage site of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich and has a strong interdisciplinary ethos.
The successful candidate will have expertise in writing for the stage and screen. They will join the Creative Writing programme team and will be responsible for leading and teaching modules in session 2025-26. The relevant modules are COML1057 Writing For Stage and Screen, and COML1087 Creative Project. The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to other teaching as appropriate, as well as to the wider work of the School.
