What you'll do:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and tutorials.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
Embrace innovative learning technologies to enhance the student experience.
Actively participate in marketing activities and college events.
What we're looking for:
A degree in English, English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing, or a closely related subject.
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Experience in teaching or training (minimum 1 year).
Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners.
