The Role

• Delivering exceptional teaching and assessment across Levels 1 to 5 in Health & Social Care, you'll engage learners with practical, theoretical and digital teaching methods. You will:
• Equip students with the knowledge, behaviours and skills for their future
• Develop engaging and creative teaching resources
• Set SMART targets and track learner progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent learner success

What you'll need:

• A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• An assessor's award (or willingness to work towards)
• Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others
