Job Description

We are welcoming applications for a Lecturer in Travel & Tourism on a part-time, fixed contract for the academic year 25/26.



Joining us as a Lecturer in Travel & Tourism, you must deliver excellent and inclusive teaching and learning in the classroom so that learners are inspired to succeed and progress. You will integrate appropriate and inspirational curriculum resources including ILT into lessons and plan delivery so that schemes of work and lesson plans support achievement.

About You

A degree or equivalent in Travel, Tourism or a related subject is essential, as is experience of successful teaching on Travel & Tourism related courses (or teaching practice for ECT's) and hold a full teaching qualification or professional recognition in learning and skills (or be currently working towards this).



The role requires an individual with the ability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning and inspire, motivate and engage learners. Capable of producing effective schemes of work and lesson plans, you should demonstrate a background of inclusive and challenging teaching strategies and of supporting students to attend by meeting their individual needs.
