Job Description

TrainEEAST, the trust's commercial clinical training team, have an exciting opportunity to onboard a Bank Lecturer Practitioner, specialising in course design and educational innovation.



TrainEEAST deliver a wide variety of courses to commercial clients and partner services, ranging from First Aid at Work, to Fire and Rescue trauma care, to Police firearms medic training. We are rapidly expanding our horizons and portfolio to include courses for military leavers and are therefore looking for a clinician with a strong background in education to support and supplement the talent of our core team on a casual / bank basis.



Note:

This role will have minimal student facing responsibilities.



We're looking for a dedicated and motivated professional who can bring expertise and enthusiasm to this role. You will have:



Registration as a Health Care Professional .

Proven experience in course design and delivery .

A background in education and curriculum design with demonstrable results.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A full UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experience (up to 3 penalty points for minor offences may be considered).



The successful post holder will:



Support the design, development, and evolution of engaging educational programmes.

Collaborate with Lecturer Practitioners (commercial training) and colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.

Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a variety of environments.

Work closely with Senior Managers to plan, manage, and support programmes to successful completion.

Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of courses, supporting both staff and students.
