Our Business School, based at Uxbridge Campus, offers a range of vocational and professional programmes from Level 1 to Level 5 with Pearson as the awarding body, and professional certificates such as the CIPD, AAT and CMI.


As a Lecturer in Business, Finance and Accounting, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across professional and vocational programmes (Levels 2-5), including business, finance, and accounting. You will support learners in both classroom and workplace settings, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required for successful careers or further study. You will join a dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and employer engagement.


You will need to possess a degree in Business or a related area, or an appropriate professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ACA) and will have teaching experience gained within Further Education or a Secondary school setting, including experience of delivering Accounting, Finance and BTEC qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5.


We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including fully funding the Level 5 teacher training qualification, if you do not already possess this, which is undertaken at the College.
