Construction Lecturer Wanted at Salt College!

Are you an experienced tradesperson in Construction work? Ready to inspire the next generation and pass on your skills? Salt College is looking for an experienced and passionate Construction Lecturer to join our team and help learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications.

The Role:

Teach and support learners aged 16+ in Construction up to Level 3 Share your real-world experience and practical knowledge in a hands-on environment Guide a diverse group of students, including those with SEND and EHCPs Foster confidence, skills, and career progression in every learner Working with apprentices, Adult learners and school leavers

What We're Looking For:

Qualified at a minimum of level 2 in any construction area such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing or Electrical Solid trade experience and a desire to teach, train, or assess Experience teaching Level 2 Plumbing and Electrical qualifications Experience working with or supporting SEND learners (ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, etc.) Commitment to inclusive and accessible education Qualified Lecturer or QTLS
