Ravensbourne University London's computer science team is vibrant and growing. We are launching new postgraduate programmes in 2025 followed by new undergraduate courses starting in 2026-27, with further developments already underway. Both our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes welcome multiple intakes throughout the academic year.

Our Roles
At Ravensbourne we are hiring Lecturers and Senior Lecturers for our computer science department. It's a great time to join Ravensbourne as we expand our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Our Lecturers and Senior Lecturers plan, organise, and deliver undergraduate courses. You will develop and utilise a variety of methods for teaching and assessment and provide constructive feedback. You will also participate in high-quality research in your subject area and contribute to publishing the findings in internationally recognised journals.
You'll teach in your area of expertise across both undergraduate levels, while also designing and delivering tailored training programmes. In addition, you'll take on key leadership responsibilities--shaping curriculum development, building partnerships with external organisations, and playing an active role in recruitment initiatives.
The Candidate
You have ...
A minimum of a master's level qualification in Computer Science or related field or possess substantial industrial experience.
A good understanding of various certifications, industry practices and future developments in your subject area to ensure our graduates are informed, well prepared and ready to join the industry.
An ability to acquire new ideas and skills, possess excellent people skills and experience of working in a diverse Higher Education environment.
Technical plus pedagogical expertise in relation to learning solutions which support the delivery of the curriculum across the required courses.
Good inter-personal skills, highly developed communication and organisational skills and a capability to motivate
