Job Description

YOUR CHALLENGES: o Conduct customer visits and meetings all over UK&Europe to understand their demands and provide appropriate solutions. o Stay informed on the latest market trends and competitor activities, regularly conducting market and competitive analyses to keep the company ahead. o Analysis of customer and market needs, conveying requirements to the R&D and product teams, and participating in developing product portfolio and making solutions. o Organize and deliver product training sessions to both internal teams and external customers. o Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide direct support through customer visits, including product demonstrations and competitive shootouts. o Travel to headquarters to engage with teams in product and technology discussions. o Develop and expand the ecosystem within the LED rental and staging industry, fostering key relationships and partnerships. o Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, etc. Making product and technology speeches on behalf of the company and leading communication with eco-partners for any solutions needed for those activities. o Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field. o More than 5 years of experience in industrial product management, project management, or a similar role, within the LED display or related technology industries. o Highly effective, project management and communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team. o Fluency in English, both written and verbal. o Proficiency in MS Office applications. o Excellent client orientation, with a strong focus on user experience and product satisfaction. o Ability to work in and maintain performance expectation in high-pressure environment. o Open to frequent business trips as required.
