Arrow is the UK's largest airport Private Hire transport provider and part of the highly renown DG Group. We are trusted to deliver a professional, high quality service throughout our business.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our amazing newly structured team at Leeds Bradford Airport on a fixed work pattern of 12 hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off. 1 set of 4 shifts in 3 weeks will be nights.

This role has a 1.50 per hour uplift between the hours of 10pm - 6am

You will be fully trained on our computer systems.

Responsibilities and Duties


Dealing with passenger's face to face
Inbound and outbound phone calls
Working in a fast-paced environment
Solving problems
Helping customers
Answering emails

Qualifications and Skills


Excellent communication skills
Computer Literate
Strong customer service skills
Motivated and professional

The successful person must be confident, have excellent teamwork skills and the ability to speak to all members of the public in a professional, courteous and helpful manner at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
