Purpose of the role
The Legacy Mentor role is an experienced social care professional in the late stages of their career. They will be helping newly qualified Care Home Manager roles by imparting knowledge, skills and experience through coaching and supporting them in the early stages of their career.
They will need to demonstrate empathy and patience, be passionate about the profession and be able to provide pastoral support to others.
