TQ Law in Leigh are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, conscientious individual to join the administrative side of its accounts team. The job requires methodical thinking and an eye for detail. A more detailed description is below;

Overall Objective

Responsible for progressing completion files to archiving.

Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

1. Notify all parties on completion and send out relevant paperwork.

2. Process stamp duty and notice fees.

3. Answering all calls promptly in a professional manner

4. Deal with clients' queries, other sides, lenders and referrers by email, phone, letter and also face to face

5. Action, progress and update their task list daily

6. Bill printing and chasing for payments.

7. Archive the file.

8. Comply with service standards, GDPR and AML requirements.

Summary

As a Legal Administrative Assistant for the Accounts Team, you will be integral in supporting legal operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your core skills in customer service and organisational abilities will enhance team productivity. You will utilise your premium analysis skills to assist in legal documentation and case management. Your relevant experience in administrative tasks will contribute to maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication within the team. Pay: 23,368.86 per year
