We are currently seeking a reliable, professional and highly organised Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator to join our clients busy legal practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing essential support to our legal team and ensuring high standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Monitor and manage the office email inbox, ensuring prompt and effective responses
Schedule appointments and maintain solicitor calendars
Welcome clients and visitors with a professional approach
Carry out general administrative tasks including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
Manage office supply orders, ensuring stock levels are maintained (e.g. stationery and equipment)
Assist legal staff with documentation preparation and file management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment (legal admin/secretarial experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
A proactive and reliable approach to work
