Job Description

Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Legacy Disease team.


Team





Kennedys Legacy Disease Team are based in various locations throughout the UK. The team advise clients in relation to legacy disease claims.


Key responsibilities




Monitor Client Portals for new instructions to ensure these are dealt with in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Telephone calls to Court, CRU, Chambers, and Medial Experts Dealing with incoming proceedings to ensure Court deadlines are met and adhered to Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information

Required experience




Previous administrative experience Proficient in MS Office packages, knowledge of BigHand or Service Desk Plus Good literacy and numeracy Good typing skills
