We're working with a well-established, full-service law firm with offices across England. They're looking to recruit a Team Administrator to support their busy property finance team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, growing legal team at the heart of the firm's property finance work.

Responsibilities include:



Providing administrative support to the Leeds Securitisation team and wider team across other UK offices. General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, post management, archiving, arranging couriers, and occasional reception cover. Handling post-completion registrations with the Land Registry and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Checking returned post-completion documentation and forwarding to relevant parties. Assisting with marketing and business development materials as required. Maintaining well-organised, accurate hard copy and electronic filing systems. Managing workload effectively and reporting progress to senior team members and managers.

What we need from you:



High attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work. Advanced MS Word skills including auto-numbering, bookmarks, and tracked changes. Confident using MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and internet tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to show initiative. Able to handle sensitive client communications with professionalism.
