Job summary
Legal Services is a highly regarded team from a mixture of Civil Service and private practice backgrounds. The team provides legal advice in respect of all ORR's functions and on corporate matters such as IT and employment.
Job description
The successful applicant will be responsible for advising in the area of railway safety enforcement with a focus on criminal prosecution work as well as advising on matters in relation to our economic functions.
This role offers the opportunity to enjoy a varied and stimulating case load, whilst participating in shaping the policies of our organisation.

Additional Information
At ORR, our hybrid working means that we currently work from our workplace location a minimum of 40% of our working week, although requirements to attend other offsite locations for official business, also count towards this level of attendance. Working arrangements are subject to continuous review.
