Manchester City Centre

Salary:

30,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic 1,000-1,500/month after 3 months)

We're looking for a

driven, commercially-minded Legal Adviser

with a background in property and a strong desire to earn well above the industry average.

If you've worked as a

paralegal in conveyancing

, in an

estate agency

, or in any property-related legal setting, and you're ready to put in the time to earn a serious income, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Speak with inbound leads and advise clients against a clear criteria Apply your working knowledge of property transactions Guide customers through legal steps with clarity and confidence Build your pipeline and convert prospects through persistent follow-up

What We're Looking For:

A background in property law, conveyancing, or estate agency work Familiarity with the conveyancing process A proactive, money-motivated mindset Someone who will work the hours needed to succeed - not clock-watch Confident, well-spoken, and focused on results

What You'll Get:

30,000 basic salary Uncapped commission with realistic monthly earnings of 1,000-1,500 after 3 months 20 days holiday plus bank holidays A high-performance culture with no cap on your success
