This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire 3 new Legal Advisors - ELPL to join our Legal Services department.

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Advisors to handle a portfolio of claimant fast track employer's liability and public liability (EL/PL) injury claims for Minster Law clients, to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the department. You will be responsible for delivering excellent client care to our clients who have suffered an injury as a result of an accident and negotiating with third parties to ensure we receive the best settlement figures for our customers in a proactive and timely manner, identify litigation opportunities where appropriate to ensure appropriate claim progression on behalf of customer.

Person Specification

You will be passionate about personal injury and should be able to demonstrate experience working with MOJ portal and non-portal personal injury claims.

You will be a strong communicator, with excellent negotiation skills and objection handling. You will be able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives.
