We have a fantastic opportunity for an eager and hardworking individual to join our personal injury team at our office in central Blackpool. Handling personal injury claims arising from accidents at work or in public places the successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying insurance claims including reviewing customer documentation, carrying out an initial risk assessment and identifying any negligent party and intimating the claim against.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong attention to detail. They will be able to handle a caseload in a timely and accurate manner ensuring that our clients are kept informed of developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the legal profession. It will suit both graduates looking to enter the profession as well as people currently employed dealing with road traffic claims.
Responsibilities:
Review and process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Verify accuracy of claim information and documentation.
Identify discrepancies in claims data and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate records of all claims processed.
Communicate with customers regarding claim status.
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
