Due to continued growth, we are seeking three Legal Advisors to join our teams in London, Birmingham, and Leicester.



Job Summary



As a Legal Advisor, you will provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to business clients. The role involves advising on UK business law, contracts, and compliance, as well as managing the legal and procedural aspects of international mobility and relocation for UK-based clients seeking to move abroad.



This position is well suited to candidates with experience in business law and international mobility or immigration-related processes, who are confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused consultancy environment.



Key Responsibilities



Business Legal Advisory



Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and partnership agreements, including those with universities, agents, and service providers

Develop, maintain, and update internal policies and procedures

Identify, assess, and manage legal and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver legally compliant solutions

Liaise with external legal counsel where required


International Education & Student Support



Support students and families through international admissions processes

Ensure applications meet academic, legal, and visa requirements of destination countries


International Mobility & Relocation Services



Manage relocation and immigration applications for UK-based clients moving to Europe, Canada, and the Americas

Provide information on immigration processes, work permits, residency requirements, and compliance obligations

Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with destination-country regulations

Monitor and report on changes in global immigration policies


Compliance & Legal Research



Support compliance with UK and international laws, including immigration, education, and data protection (GDPR)

Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance notes


Essential Qualifications & Experience



LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or an equivalent recognised legal qualification

Strong understanding of UK business law, including contracts, governance, and compliance

Demonstrable experience in international mobility or relocation case processing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines

High level of attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach

Interest in international business, education law, and cross-border compliance


Desirable (Not Essential)



Experience working with education consultancies or international students

Knowledge of European, Canadian, or American immigration systems

Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment
