Key Responsibilities
Analyse legal documents, contracts, and internal policies to identify risks and opportunities
Provide clear, practical legal advice to management and relevant departments
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Support the organisation during audits, investigations, and legal matters when required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments
Organise and manage legal files for effective record-keeping and accessibility
Deliver guidance or training to staff on legal compliance and best practices
What We're Looking For
Recognised legal qualification (
Barrister, Solicitor, or equivalent
)(Paralegal or retired legal professionals are also welcome to apply)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and advisory abilities
Prior experience in a legal, corporate, or advisory environment preferred
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
