What will you be doing?
As a key member of our team, you'll take on a junior fee-earning role, managing your own caseload with increasing independence while playing an active part in achieving both personal and team goals.
You'll work closely with our Solicitors on larger complex matters, providing vital to support to those clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, with tasks that may include drafting legal correspondence, carrying out legal research, keeping our case management system and online portals up to date, and regularly liaising with clients to support strong, trusted relationships.
You'll also be the first point of contact for some new client enquiries and may be involved in taking initial instructions--building rapport and capturing the details that matter most.
You will also assist with key tasks such as requesting medical records, preparing court bundles, and taking witness statements--giving you hands-on experience and exposure to the full lifecycle of a case.

Some experience or an interest in Personal Injury in a similar Legal Advisor / Paralegal role
A natural ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands
Strong IT skills
A proactive, can-do attitude, with the confidence to take initiative and get things done
The ability to stay cool under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to your work
A genuine team spirit and commitment to delivering first-class client care
