Our Agriculture Team in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a Legal Assistant to provide vital administrative support.

The role



You will work as part of a team to provide property administrative support to help our legal teams deliver great service to our clients.
What you will be doing:


Supporting the fee earners in the team in relation to both client facing and management roles Providing timely and effective support to requests for assistance on client work from members of the team Developing your understanding of client work so as to be able to assist more effectively Accurate production of correspondence and documentation including through the use of digital dictation Attending to clients in person and on the phone taking messages and assisting where appropriate Use of a case management system to process and progress files Managing the central team in relation to file opening, closure and archiving Producing bills and other financial administration Managing diaries for the team, planning and organising meetings and making travel arrangements Organising and maintaining departmental filing systems and document storage Photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, filing and other general administrative tasks What you will need:


At least 12 months' experience in a busy administrative or organisational role GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above in English Language and Mathematics Confident use of IT systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint beneficial) Fast, accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail

The ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise openly and clearly with colleagues and clients To be able to produce a high standard of work, often to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail The ability to prioritise well and be able to cope with changing demands To be able to demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative and self confidence
