LEGAL ASSISTANT

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Elite Touch are delighted to be working with their well established client who are now seeking a Paralegal to join their busy, friendly team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of private client matters.
KEY RESPONISBILITIES:
- Assisting solicitors with Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Power of Attorney.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
- Managing case files and administrative duties
- Assisting with estate administration, including obtaining Grants of Probate
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in Private Client law
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent communication client-care skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently
- Proficiency in case management systems
