We are seeking a full time candidate to work in a busy Family law office commencing the end of February 2026. The candidate will be expected to take direction and learn practices and procedures relevant to family law. The successful candidate will upon completion of training, be a first point of contact with clients, communicate with clients both over the telephone and in writing, time record, prepare bundles for court hearings and assist generally in the smooth running of this very small but extremely busy practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a can do attitude, be able to take instruction and show commitment to the job. There is an opportunity to progress and be supported in that progression for the right candidate.

Have an excellent grasp of grammar and a high level of spelling proficiency.

Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office and excel).
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
