An opportunity has arisen to join our Conveyancing team in the Totnes office on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will:
deal with new client instructions.
deal with estimates, client care, source of funds and onboarding.
issue a Contract Pack
obtain searches
liaise with clients by phone and email so have good personal skills as we are not an online factory outfit.
deal with post exchange work.
prepare completion statements
deal with completions and obtaining mortgage funds and sending funds.
deal with post completion work.
deal with registrations, SDLT returns.
You will also:
know the Conveyancing process from start to finish
be used to working in a fast-paced environment
have experience of using Leap
