Summary

This is a position where you would be dealing with the cases pre issue which includes gathering information from the clients and details about the case at the outset. This is a varied role which allows you to make delegated decisions and grow your legal knowledge. Any applicant must be comfortable working with targets in mind.

Main responsibilities for this role are:

Speaking with clients on the telephone, as well as email communication, live chat and other forms of correspondence. Discussing and understanding each one of our clients cases. Operating the case management system. Explaining the basis of the contract that we will be acting for the clients on.
We take on road traffic accident claims, employers liability claims, occupiers liability claims, public liability claims, motor insurance bureau untraced and uninsured claims, criminal injuries compensation authority claims, package holiday claims and clinical negligence claims. Therefore you would be exposed to many areas of law.
