What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):
Joining our Corporate - GRC team on a fixed-term contract, you will play an essential role in supporting our Legal Officer during a particularly demanding period. You will handle contract queries, keep our legal records in good shape, and help ensure our internal processes run with accuracy and care.
Day-to-day you can expect to:
Provide practical day-to-day support to our Legal Officer across a range of legal and administrative tasks
Review straightforward contract queries such as identifying specific clauses or terms using our internal guidelines
Escalate anything complex, sensitive, or outside scope to the Legal Officer or relevant GRC colleagues
Maintain and update legal files, registers, and workload management systems to a high standard
Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely responses to legal requests
Contribute to other tasks that help keep our GRC function operating smoothly
To be successful, you'll have:
A Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
Around 1-3 years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting
A solid understanding of contract structures and legal terminology
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Clear communication skills and confidence managing competing priorities
The ability to follow established processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Bonus points if you bring:
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
A flexible and solutions-focused approach when dealing with ambiguous or time-sensitive requests

The Interview Process

Application
Short call with a member of the TA team
30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
Final Interview and task with two members of the team
