Legal Assistant - Wills, Trusts & Probate 
 Hertford 
 Salary dependent on experience 
 Our well-established client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Wills, Trust and Probate department based in Hertford. 
 You will be responsible for assisting the team with the administration of Trust matters. 
Your role will include: 
  Opening files 
  Checking all AML requirements are met 
  Reviewing statements and preparing invoices 
  Dealing with HMRC in relation to the Trust Registration Service, tax returns, and Tax payments 
  Dealing with the Land Registry in relation to registrations on property deeds 
  Assisting existing team members with day-to-day management 
  Closing files, to include accounting for any balances
