is looking for the best talent to join our growing firm. We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level position within our family department. This role will be based in our Gatwick office, assisting the family team to open new enquires.
This role will offer the opportunity to gain basic legal assistant experience, supporting the department with incoming enquiries and contacting clients to open files. Full training will be provided, although ideally you will hold a LLB Law degree or have equivalent legal/family law experience.

Duties
Answer incoming enquiries to the Family department, providing a high standard of customer care and directing queries to the appropriate colleague.
Undertake administrative tasks as required.
Undertake legal tasks under supervision at request of fee earner.
Keeping files up to date with key dates, matter contact details and ensuring electronic filing of emails, post and documentation
Assisting the department and other fee earners generally, as and when needed
Skills
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Solid administrative skills, including proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
