We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our professional team. The role will cover assisting the following departments of Litigation, Private client, Residential Property and Commercial Property.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
Conduct analysis of case information and legal data to support case preparation and strategy
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and maintaining professional communication
Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, coordinating with relevant parties as needed
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining legal databases
Support the legal team in research activities and document review processes
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal regulations at all times
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case information accurately
Outstanding customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications
Experience of using Quill case management system desirable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy in all work performed
