Position Overview:
As we continue our growth, we are looking for an
experienced Legal Assistant
to provide support to our Legal department. Push Gaming operates in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated industry, and you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative processes within the Legal team, and providing general support to the team in all areas of its responsibilities, including managing the company's Intellectual Property Rights. Your support to the Legal team will involve liaison and cooperation with other teams and stakeholders within the company and outside, as necessary.
This is a full-time permanent administrative role and is not designed to provide legal training.

London/Hybrid.
Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
Creating and maintaining contract and other legal databases, libraries, checklists and calendars
Managing all administrative tasks for the Legal team (such as document editing, filing, monitoring, certifications or archiving etc.)
Handling signatures of contracts and other documents
Active participation in and/or co-management of Projects involving the Legal team
Providing active support in managing company's Intellectual Property Rights
Managing legal subscriptions, memberships and events calendars
Communicating with external legal advisors and parties on administrative matters
Assisting with any additional tasks according to the needs of the company
What you'll bring to the role:
2+ years of experience as a legal or administrative assistant, paralegal, contract manager or similar
Previous experience in a similar role in a Law firm or as part of in-house Legal team is strongly preferred
IT savvy and experience with Microsoft Office and common document and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, DocuSign, ClickUp/Smartsheets)
University degree
High level of independence and accountability
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a remote environment
Meticulousness and high attention to detail
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Proficiency in English
