We are a boutique law firm that specialises in Private Client Law. We are seeking a meticulous Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support on private client matters, ensuring smooth operations and efficient case management. Your energetic approach and meticulous organizational skills will help facilitate legal research, document preparation, client communication, and administrative tasks, contributing to the success of our legal services.
T
he OpportunitySupport Solicitors and Paralegals with administrative and lower level legal tasks. Processing and directing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently Draft letters and correspondence for review. Manage legal case files electronically including opening, updating and closing matters. Communicate with clients and third parties via email, phone and in person. Keep the office running smoothly through efficient organisation and support.
Preferable skills
Have previous office experience, with legal experience a bonus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting a busy law office through administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and calendar management.
