Role Purpose



This role supports the delivery of legal services through professional client communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient management of documentation and administrative tasks. It ensures smooth departmental operations and compliance with company procedures, contributing to high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional service through professional communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, including liaising with clients, solicitors and other professional organisations. Support legal transactions by conducting due diligence, requesting and managing essential documentation, and ensuring timely return and progression of documents. Maintain accurate records by logging correspondence and entering data into the case management system, completing associated tasks efficiently. Perform general administrative duties such as answering telephones, preparing correspondence via digital dictation and copy typing, and managing outsourced typing. Assist with the smooth running of the department, including financial administration such as invoicing and recording payments and receipts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, contribute to team meetings, and uphold high standards of file management and professional behaviour. You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients

Who we're looking for



A good standard of written and spoken English Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal sector Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Excellent telephone manner and client care skills Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks independently Effective communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy Professional and proactive approach to compliance and team contribution
