What You'll Be Doing



As a Legal Assistant in our Residential Conveyancing team, you'll play a key role in supporting Fee Earners and helping drive forward client matters with accuracy and care. Assist Fee Earners in managing their caseloads effectively, ensuring matters are prioritised and progressed smoothly Draft letters and legal documents, carry out legal research, and communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner Respond to new client enquiries, providing accurate updates and ensuring an excellent first impression Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver timely, high-quality service to our clients

Who We're Looking For



We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent client service. You'll be: A strong communicator, both in writing and face-to-face Confident using legal systems and managing documents with accuracy and attention to detail Friendly, approachable, and a great team player Self-motivated with good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks Ideally, experienced in a legal or administrative role (conveyancing knowledge a bonus but not essential) At Redkite, we're ambitious about our growth and our people.
