Job Title: Legal Assistant - Starting ASAP
Location:
Central London (3 minutes walk from Holborn train station)
Contract Details:
Temp To Perm, Full Time (Permanent: 5 days a week - 1 day WFH)
Salary:
15 - 19 per hour, plus dependent on experience
About Our Client:
Our client is a distinguished law firm recognised in the Chambers and Legal 500, specialising in high-profile disputes for clients internationally.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Partner with diary management and scheduling

• Maintain and follow up on new firm enquiries

• Open client files and manage compliance documentation

• Liaise between lawyers and the finance team for billing

• Maintain the Firm's contact list

• Coordinate with marketing on website and social media initiatives

• Provide ad hoc assistance to the legal team, including document formatting

• Cover for the PA to the Senior Partner during holidays

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Legal PA/ secretarial experience in a busy small/medium-sized law firm

• Proven experience in marketing and/or billing

• Longevity in previous roles

• Well-presented and articulate

• Legal secretarial skills

• Experience with HNW and commercial clients from the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa preferred

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with CMS systems

• Additional languages are a plus

Technologies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with CMS and billing software
