Full time, 9.30a.m. - 5.30p.m.

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join our well regarded (Legal 500 and Chambers HNW ranked) team in our Bedford Row office near Holborn in Central London.
We advise a range of clients including beneficiaries, executors, trustees, charities, deputies and attorneys.
Main tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with billing processes and other financial matters.
  • Dealing with and processing new enquiries.
  • Diary management and booking courses, events.
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Assisting on risk management issues such as file opening and closing, conflict checking, anti-money laundering checks, client care and retainers.
  • Bundles for court, instructions to counsel.
  • Correspondence/liaison with Probate Registry, HMRC, Courts, Companies House etc as required.
  • Liaising with Counsel, experts re estimates, fees etc.
  • General letter/ITC drafting and caveat management (applications and renewals)
There are also plenty of opportunities to contribute to the success of this growing team.
Technical skills and expertise
Ideally you will:
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have strong analytical skills backed up by sound academics.
  • Be used to working - and thinking - independently and creatively.
  • Be able to manage your own caseload and prioritise work effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team with colleagues and clients alike.
