We are looking for a meticulous individualto join Talbots as Legal Assistant Trusts and Estates department. To be successful you will need at least 6 months administration experience in a relevant field.

As a Legal Assistant you will be expected to provide administration and typing support to the wider team including, Lawyer's and Paralegals.

What the job involves:



Assist lawyers in the conduct and management of Wills and Trusts & Estates matters. Answer the phone and deal proactively with a wide range of queries which include, introductory calls to clients and agents as well as update and follow ups using both telephone and email. Digital dictation and insertion of dictation into letters and forms and Will preparation To undertake file opening procedures in an accurate and timely manner on our case management system and updating as appropriate

What you need:



A minimum of 6 months experience, within a legal related working environment. Be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and refers. Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills to support the team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,043.09 per year
