Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Legal Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions within a legal environment, ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities



Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and service providers. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare financial reports as required by management. Assist in the implementation of accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding financial transactions. Liaise with clients and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to payments.

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
