Location: Glasgow City Centre
Our client, a rapidly growing law firm based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, is looking for a motivated Legal Cashier to join their expanding finance team. Over the past few years, the firm has grown significantly, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
The Opportunity:
As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a variety of key financial tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Working on various banking platforms to process transactions
- Managing banking queries and conducting investigations as needed
- Reconciliation of client balance and deposit accounts
- Allocating payments and handling client payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier or within a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling queries
